50% rapeseed oil, water, vinegar, 4.5% barn egg yolk, glucose-fructose syrup, mustard (water, vinegar, mustard seeds, cidifier: citric acid, spine), modified starch, salt, 1.3% black pepper, spices, spice extract, colours: plain caramel, ammonia, worcester sauce ( water, sugar, spirit vinegar, molasse, onion puree, salt, tamarind, clove, ginger extract, garlic extract), thickerner: xanthan gum, flavouring.
