Cooking Instructions

• Rinse: Rinse the rice under cold running water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.
• Ratio: Use 1 cup of rice to 1.5 cups of water.
• Hob: Bring to the boil, reduce heat to the lowest setting, cover with a tight-fitting lid, and simmer for 12–15 minutes until all water is absorbed.
• Rest: Remove from heat and leave covered for 5 minutes before fluffing with a fork.
• Rice cooker: Follow your cooker's standard white rice setting.

Approx. 10–12 servings per kg, giving around 100–120 servings from this 10kg bag (based on an 80g dry weight portion per serving).

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odours.
