Yoghurt & Mint (Raita)

A smooth, creamy yoghurt and mint sauce with a sweet flavour. Great on pakoras, samosas and onion bhajis.

Ingredients:

Water, rapeseed oil, sugar, yoghurt powder (milk) (2%), egg yolk powder, modified starch, salt, acid: acetic acid, mint (0.5%), stabiliser (xanthan gum), preservative (potassium sorbate), acid: citric acid, antioxidant (calcium disodium EDTA).
