Returns & Refund Policy

Food items perishable or non-perishable items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged and you have up to 7 days after you receive your order to send us an email with a proof of damage or defective.

Non-food items can be returned with full refund if they are in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of receiving your order.

If a product is sealed, please do not remove the seal until you're sure you're keeping the item. When we get the item back from you, we will process your refund within 14 business days.

If there are any perishable items in your delivery that you're not happy with, unless there's something wrong with the item, unfortunately we can't offer a refund for any perishable items if you change your mind after the item has been dispatched.

If you discover that there's something wrong with any product in your order, such as a damage or it's not as described, please email us at or send a message to one of our social media channels stating your order number and a short description of what the issue is, and we will be happy to discuss the problem with you and guarantee full satisfaction.

Since we don't offer exchanges, you're more than welcome to reorder any refunded item (subject to stock availability) when you shop on our website again.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We will not refund delivery fees for non damaged or incorrect items.

Returned orders with free delivery will have a refund after approval with deducation of delivery fees plus other fees.

Customers are responsible for tracking their parcels. If delivery is refused or if no one is available to accept the parcel, it will be sent to a depot or post office for collection. If the parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we will deduct the cost of the shipping and return labels from your total payment. The remaining balance will be refunded to you.
